Job Description:

• Develop and Implement Continuity Plans: Design, test, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business functions.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in operations and develop strategies to address them.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Response: Collaborate with various departments to ensure readiness and provide training on continuity and emergency protocols.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all continuity plans align with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards; prepare regular reports on readiness and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and update continuity plans based on new risks, changes in business operations, or after testing events.
• Crisis Management Support: Act as a key resource during incidents, providing real-time guidance to minimize impacts on operations.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with external vendors and key stakeholders to ensure coordinated responses in the event of a disruption.
