Role - Workforce Planning Analyst

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - New Delhi

  • Data Analysis & Forecasting:
    • Collect and analyze workforce data to identify trends and gaps.
    • Create short- and long-term staffing forecasts based on business needs.
  • Workforce Optimization:
    • Develop resource allocation plans to align with organizational goals.
    • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to align workforce strategies with company objectives.
    • Provide recommendations to leadership on hiring, scheduling, and workforce transitions.
  • Reporting:
    • Design and deliver dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics.
    • Present actionable insights to stakeholders for decision-making.
  • Scenario Planning:
    • Simulate various workforce scenarios to prepare for business changes.
    • Develop contingency plans for workforce disruptions.
