Role- Recruitment Trainee
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the recruitment team in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in recruitment or human resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
