Role- Recruitment Specialist

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 1-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert advice on candidate selection.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and employment terms.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
