Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Design and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company standards.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor for resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and design learning and development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership, compliance, and HR best practices.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
