Role- Learning and Development Specialist
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Role Overview:
A Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for assessing training needs, designing tailored learning strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with management and staff.
Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create educational content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track employee progress.
Support managers in coaching and developing their teams.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Ability to analyze data and assess training effectiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
