Job Title: HR Data Analyst

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 3- 8 years

Job Description:

  • Collect, process, and analyze HR-related data from multiple systems to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute HR dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to address business challenges such as retention, performance, and diversity.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to design data-driven solutions for recruitment, engagement, and talent management strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across HR systems and reporting processes.
  • Manage and maintain HR analytics tools and technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs related to turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction, and other HR metrics.
  • Support compliance and audit efforts by providing accurate and timely HR data.
  • Provide recommendations for HR process improvements based on data insights.
