Job Title - Sales Operations Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced professional with team leading aspiration or previous experience as a Ops Manager/Ops team leader/Assistant Manager ops (minimum 1+ years) with overall 2+ years of experience.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Role 

1. Team Leadership: Lead & manage a team of 7 to 10 operations executive, including training. 

2. Sales and non- sales Operations: Managing all the post sales and non-sales backend of the company, including but not limited to customer satisfaction, sales data, CRM Etc. 

3. Goal Setting: Set clear & achievable goals and deadline for the team, aligned with the company's objectives. 

4. Performance Monitoring & Data Management: Regularly monitor & evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback & implementing performance improvement plans. 

5. Ethical Practices: Promote ethical and responsible practices, ensuring, the team operates with integrity, honesty and at its full efficiency. 

 

Skills & Competencies:

1. Proficient in analysing sales data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions, along with excellent command over MS Excel, Ms Word, Power point, Power BI & Looker studio. 

2. Proven experience in leading and managing team of 7+ members for minimum 1+ years. 3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and engagement. 

4. Strong prioritization and time management skills to effectively handle diverse responsibilities and deadlines. 

5. Committed to cultivating a positive workplace culture and fostering strong team cohesion.
