Role - Compensation and Benefits Analyst

• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Design, implement, and evaluate compensation structures, including salary bands, pay scales, and incentive programs.
• Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop budgets and forecasts for compensation and benefits programs.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Partner with recruitment and HR teams to create competitive job offers and retention strategies.
• Communicate compensation and benefits policies effectively to employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and benefits strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
