Job Title- Tele sales

Location- Delhi

Experience- 1-4 years

Job Profile:
● Customer Engagement: Reach out to prospective and existing clients to introduce
and explain services related to waste management, Extended Producer
Responsibility (EPR) solutions, recycling, and sustainability practices.
● Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling,
inquiries, online research, and referrals to generate qualified leads.
● Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, update client
information, and assist in preparing follow-up documents.
● Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and
queries within the CRM system.
● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call
and conversion goals.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
● Ability to engage and persuade clients confidently.
● Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and emailing.
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in waste management,
recycling, or related industries.
