Role - Learning and Development Manager
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
Implementation and Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional methods (e.g., e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job training).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Evaluation and Improvement:
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve training materials and methods based on evaluation results and emerging trends.
Leadership Development:
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization through targeted leadership training programs.
Create succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
Budget Management:
Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions and resource allocation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR and department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
Promote a culture of learning and development throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
Experience:
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.
Experience in instructional design and e-learning development is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
