Job Title – Assistant Senior Manager (ASM)
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with team leading aspiration or previous experience as
an Assistant Senior Manager/ Senior Manager (minimum 1+ year in Edtech Sector) with overall 5+ years
of experience into Sales.
Key Responsibilities of the Role: -
Sales Team Support: Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team, providing guidance, training,
and motivation. Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies to improve sales performance.
Sales Strategy Development: Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that
align with company goals. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, addressing their
needs and resolving issues. Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level
of customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities,
and areas for growth. Present sales metrics to the Sales Manager and other stakeholders, providing insights
and recommendations.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
through various channels. Support the sales team in prospecting for new clients and nurturing leads.
Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and best practices.
Administrative Support: Manage sales-related documentation, contracts, and proposals.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations.
Team Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer
experiences. Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, meetings, and presentations.
