Job Title – Marketing Manager 

Location- Pune

Experience- 5-8 years

We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional with team leading aspiration or previous experience as a Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager Marketing or similar profile with overall 5+ years of experience in Marketing (Minimum 2+ years into edtech). 

Key Responsibilities of the Role 

1. Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation: Develop & execute effective Marketing strategies to meet or exceed lead generating targets to support sales team. 

2. Performance Monitoring & CRM Management: Regularly monitor & evaluate the performance of sales managers and executives, providing feedback to management & implementing performance improvement plans to get Maximum revenue through the marketing Campaigns. 

3. Achieve Targets & Meet Deadlines: Meet Very Specific and non- negotiable Marketing and lead generation targets to deliver the desired outcomes. 

4. Team Leadership: Lead & manage a team of marketing associates including training them to achieve the targets. 

5. Goal Setting: Set clear & achievable marketing goals for the team, aligned with the company's objectives. 

6. Ethical Practices: Promote ethical and responsible marketing practices, ensuring, the team operates with integrity, honesty and at its full efficiency. 

Skills & Competencies: 

1. Proficient in analysing sales data to drive Marketing strategic and data-informed decisions. 

2. Proficient in Google ads, Organic marketing, Performance marketing, Offline Marketing Etc. 

3. Proficiency in using google sheets, Ms Excel, Power BI, ETC. 

4. Proven experience in leading and managing teams of 5+ members for minimum 2+ years. 

5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and engagement. 

6. Strong prioritization and time management skills to effectively handle diverse responsibilities and deadlines. 

7. Proficient in analysing sales data to drive strategic, data-informed decisions.
