Role- Workforce Planning Analyst
Location - New Delhi

Position Overview: The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for analyzing workforce data and trends to support strategic workforce planning initiatives. This role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs. The analyst will utilize data analytics to forecast workforce requirements, identify skill gaps, and develop actionable plans to optimize workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform workforce planning strategies.
Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to assess current and future workforce needs based on business objectives.
Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools to forecast staffing requirements and identify skill gaps.
Conduct labor market analysis to inform recruitment strategies and talent acquisition efforts.
Prepare and present reports and dashboards on workforce metrics, including turnover rates, headcount, and employee demographics.
Support the development of succession planning and talent management initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce planning strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Assist in the development of training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and address skill gaps.
Collaborate with HRIS teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with HRIS and workforce management software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of labor market trends and workforce planning methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
