Role- Talent Acquisition Manager

Location - New Delhi

Experience -3-8 years

• Strategic Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth and workforce planning.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Selection & Onboarding:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization’s employer brand through campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Data & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and decision-making.
  • Report on hiring progress and effectiveness to leadership.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
