Key Responsibilities
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates.

Maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
Managing candidate databases and keeping detailed records of applicants.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
