Job Description 

A Freelance Recruiter is an independent professional who assists companies in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions on a contract basis. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Freelance Recruiters often work with multiple clients simultaneously and may specialize in specific industries or job functions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.

Source candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online databases.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Present shortlisted candidates to clients and provide insights on their qualifications.

Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.

Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably as a freelance or agency recruiter.

Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
