Job Description

A Client Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to clients, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that the services provided align with client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand client needs and objectives to ensure service delivery aligns with their expectations.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project management, operations, and sales) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.

Prepare and present regular status reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and project milestones.

Manage client feedback and ensure that it is incorporated into service delivery processes.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and discuss future needs.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in client management, project management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of service delivery processes and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
