Job Description

An RPO Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for clients who have outsourced their hiring functions. This role involves managing the recruitment team, developing recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and delivering high-quality candidates to meet client needs. The RPO Manager acts as a liaison between the client and the recruitment team, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the client's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the RPO team, providing guidance, training, and support to recruiters.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to client requirements.

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Ensure compliance with client policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related matters.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.

Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to ensure a high-quality talent pool.

Prepare and present reports on recruitment performance and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
