Job Description:

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidates effectively.

Client Partnership:

• Act as a trusted advisor to client hiring managers, providing recruitment insights and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Ensure a positive client and candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.

Sourcing & Screening:

• Identify and attract top talent using a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance service delivery.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire).
• Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting recruitment performance and improvement areas.

Compliance:

• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws, diversity standards, and organizational policies.
