Job Description:

Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent.
Build strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to enhance our campus presence.
Plan and coordinate on-campus and virtual events, such as career fairs, workshops, and information sessions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for internships, entry-level, and early career roles.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, social media campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve campus hiring strategies.
