Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 4 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to senior management at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in administrative roles and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. This position will be crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring logistics and communications are organized.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain the office’s day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
