Job Role - Education HR Coordinator

Experience -3-8years

Location - New Delhi

Talent Acquisition:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for educational staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff.
• Develop and post job listings across platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for new hires.

HR Administration:

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with employment contracts, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration processes.

Employee Relations:

• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and foster a supportive, inclusive environment.
• Organize staff development programs, training, and workshops to support professional growth.

Compliance & Policies:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, education standards, and institutional policies.
• Update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.

HR Systems & Reporting:

• Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
• Generate reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
