Job Role - Recruitment Consultant
Experience - 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit.
Job Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions between clients and candidates.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and client records to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment activities.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
