Job Role - Recruitment Account Manager
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and recruitment goals.
Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each client’s requirements, ensuring alignment with their organizational objectives.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with recruitment consultants and other team members to ensure effective execution of recruitment plans and timely delivery of candidates.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing clients with regular updates and insights on progress and outcomes.
Problem Resolution: Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients.
Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Training and Development: Mentor and train junior recruitment staff to enhance their skills and improve overall team performance.
