Job Role - Legal and Compliance Manager

Experience - 3-8 years

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization’s operations.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Ensure the organization’s policies and procedures align with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain corporate governance structures and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee licensing, permits, and regulatory filings to ensure continued business operations.
  • Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities, responding to inquiries and audits.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees and senior management.
