Role - Regional Manager
Experience - 2 -4 years
Location - New Delhi
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage regional staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Sales Management: Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
Performance Analysis: Analyze regional performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to upper management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a regional capacity.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Ability to travel frequently within the region.
