Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
