Job Role - Brand Manager
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and market trends.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain the brand’s positioning in the market, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand values and consumer needs.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for marketing initiatives.
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in brand management or a related marketing role.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
