Job Role - Chief Accountant
Experience - 3-8 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and tax compliance.
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
✅ Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
✅ Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to optimize performance.
✅ Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain financial stability.
✅ Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
✅ Implement and improve accounting policies, financial controls, and ERP systems.
✅ Support senior management with financial planning, risk assessment, and cost analysis.
