 Job Role - Talent acquisition specialist

Experience - 1-3 years

Location - New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Talent sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative sourcing methods to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening & interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Employer branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Applicant tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records using ATS software.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with hiring needs.
  • Data-driven decisions: Use recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.
  • Diversity & inclusion: Implement best practices to attract diverse talent pools
