Job Title: SAP/ERP Sales Manager
Experience: 5-10 years (Relevant experience in SAP/ERP Sales – Domestic Market)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven SAP/ERP Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP/ERP sales, end-to-end sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in SAP/ERP sales.
Identify and engage prospective clients, converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos.
Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5-10 years in ERP/SAP sales (Domestic market only).
Sales Expertise: Must have experience in end-to-end sales, not partial sales.
Work Model: Hybrid work (should report to the office 1-2 days a week).
CTC Structure: Should have both fixed and variable pay in the current CTC.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Availability: Should be able to join within 15-20 days or immediately.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
