Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure robust IT risk management, compliance, and disaster recovery plans.
Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate technology into business planning.
Manage IT budgets, optimize technology investments, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Establish strong vendor relationships and negotiate technology contracts.
Monitor industry trends to ensure the organization remains technologically competitive.
