Job Title: Lean Process Consultant
Experience : 2-5 years
Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using Lean principles.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on Lean methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics.
Utilize data analysis to measure the impact of process changes and provide recommendations for further improvements.
Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.
Mentor and coach team members in Lean practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
