Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financial risks.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to drive data-driven decisions.
Oversee audits, tax planning, and regulatory reporting.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
Evaluate investment opportunities and manage stakeholder relations.
