Job Role - Statutory Auditor
Location - New Delhi
Experience - 3-8years
Job Description
Conduct statutory audits in accordance with the Companies Act and applicable auditing standards (e.g., ISA, GAAP, IFRS).
Examine financial statements, accounting systems, and internal controls to ensure compliance.
Identify risk areas, audit issues, and irregularities in financial reporting.
Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with internal teams, external auditors, and clients to ensure timely completion of audit engagements.
Keep abreast of changes in accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry practices.
Provide support during internal audits and regulatory inspections as required.
