🚀 We’re Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant (IT Function)
📍 Location: Gurgaon – Sector 18, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar
Experience: 5+ Years | Industry: Consulting / Retail / Manufacturing  

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of business processes and expertise in the SAP FICO module. The ideal candidate should come from a Retail background, or alternatively from an End-User company (preferably FMCG/Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support SAP FICO and related modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, and Month-End Close cockpit.

Analyze complex business processes and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.

Conduct training sessions, UAT workshops, and requirement gathering meetings.

Customize, configure, and test SAP FI/CO modules.

Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with SI Partners for resolution.

Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

Support the integration team during system failures.

Manage SAP activities and contribute to project success by identifying risks and mitigation strategies.

Education & Experience:
🎓 SAP FICO Certification with Post-Graduation in Commerce (CA preferred).
🧩 5+ years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP HANA environments within Consulting, Retail, or End-User organizations.

Preferred Background:
✅ Strong preference for candidates from Retail; otherwise End-User (FMCG/Manufacturing) companies.
✅ Hands-on SAP FICO module expertise and strong business process understanding.
