Job Role - ATS Manager

Job Description
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Workday).
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to improve workflows, recruiting metrics, and candidate experience.
Manage ATS configurations, including custom fields, workflows, user permissions, and integrations with other HR systems (HRIS, CRM, onboarding platforms).
Lead ATS implementation, upgrades, testing, and vendor management.
Train and support recruiters and hiring managers on ATS functionality and best practices.
Ensure data integrity, compliance with EEO/OFCCP, and support reporting and analytics efforts.
Develop and maintain ATS dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Partner with IT and security teams to ensure system reliability and data privacy compliance.
