Role - Academic project manager
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Development:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Identify resources needed and allocate them effectively.
Coordination and Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between faculty, researchers, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication among team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.
Organize meetings, workshops, and presentations to share progress and gather feedback.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Track project progress against milestones and deadlines.
Implement evaluation methods to assess project outcomes and impact.
Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders and funding agencies.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Address challenges and obstacles that arise during the project lifecycle.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
Assist in grant writing and funding applications to secure financial resources.
Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure that all project activities comply with institutional policies and ethical standards.
Manage data collection and storage in accordance with regulations.
