Job Description
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles.
Source qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of healthcare talent.
Partner with HR and department leads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations, licensure, and credentialing requirements.
Track and report recruitment metrics, time-to-fill, and hiring quality.
Represent the company at job fairs, healthcare conferences, and networking events.
