Role - Sourcing Specialist
Experience - 2-5 years
Location - New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors through various channels.
Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
Analyze market trends to identify sourcing opportunities and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, contracts, and performance metrics.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies that align with company goals.
Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and technologies relevant to sourcing needs.
