Job Role - HR Software Specialist
Location - New Delhi

Job Description:
Administer and maintain HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
Support the implementation, configuration, and upgrades of HR software tools.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze system needs and recommend solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide Tier 1/2 support to HR team and end-users.
Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports and dashboards.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within all HR platforms.
Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and updates.
Integrate HR systems with other business platforms such as payroll, ATS, and performance management systems.
Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in HR tech.
