Job Description
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to source, attract, and engage top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to optimize recruitment processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, and direct sourcing.
Enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career events, and strategic campaigns.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring standards and policies.
