Job Description:
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles across the company
Manage job postings on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and report on performance
Promote employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and equal employment laws
