Job Description: Web and Design Tools Trainer
Location : New Delhi
Experience : 2-5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources for web and design tools.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users.
Assess the training needs of participants and tailor programs to meet specific skill levels and objectives.
Provide hands-on support and guidance during training sessions to ensure effective learning.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web development and design tools.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making improvements as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate training programs into broader organizational goals.
Offer ongoing support and resources to participants after training sessions to reinforce learning.
Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and creativity.
