Job Description: Corporate Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Ad-hoc Analysis:

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.

Assist in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Strategic Planning:

Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.

Reporting:

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial data effectively.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Monitor budget adherence and provide insights on deviations.

Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future financial performance.

Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of different business strategies.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company’s performance and identify trends.

Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.
