Job Description: People Analytics Specialist
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Analyze employee lifecycle data including recruitment, retention, performance, engagement, and turnover.
Provide actionable insights through advanced data analytics to improve HR processes and decision-making.
Collaborate with HR teams to define and track key HR metrics and KPIs.
Conduct predictive analytics to anticipate workforce trends and talent risks.
Create compelling visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits and data validation.
Work with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) to extract and manage employee data.
Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) reporting and analysis initiatives.
Stay up to date with the latest people analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
