Job Description: Inventory Control Manager

Experience : 3-8 years

Location : New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor and analyze inventory reports, trends, and forecasts to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to streamline inventory processes.

Manage inventory systems and software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and ensure real-time inventory updates.

Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Enforce inventory control procedures and best practices to reduce shrinkage and obsolescence.

Train and supervise inventory staff; evaluate performance and implement process improvements.

Generate and present inventory performance reports to senior management.

Coordinate physical inventory counts during period-end and fiscal year-end closures.
