Job Description: IT Manager
Experience : 3-8 years
Location : New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, system security, and software management.
Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Plan and manage the installation and maintenance of IT systems and software.
Ensure system uptime, availability, and security compliance.
Coordinate with departments to understand IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services.
Monitor system performance and provide performance tuning as necessary.
Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Ensure data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly.
