Must-Have Skills:

DevOps – 6+ years

Kubernetes – 3+ years (Custom CRDs, Controllers, Crossplane)

CI/CD Pipelines, GitOps practices

Golang (important)

ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)

Prometheus

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain custom CRDs and Kubernetes controllers using Golang

Enhance platform scalability, performance, and reliability

Automate deployment and monitoring with modern CI/CD tools

Leverage observability tools like ELK and Prometheus for platform health and metrics
